We often wonder why we are tested and feel pressure. But even the disciples had pressure – in the garden they were unable to pray with Jesus for an hour.
When we are stressed beyond measure we often – as humans – do not stand well. But for those of us who have a great love for Jesus – WE WILL do great exploits for him. Often these great exploits are not in the powerful things we do but in the way we stand, the way that we keep our lips sealed in times of pressure, The way we treat the people closest to us when they are being the most difficult. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Be still. The Lord is able to take you from where you are to where you need to go!
