Lord, We come humbly before you and know that mercy rejoices over judgement. We know that you delight in mercy. You have spoken to some of your people that you desire to give our country mercy. You have also asked us to pray and seek your face. In Daniel – you said that you had come for Daniel’s words when he was fasting for 21 days. We have these days until our election, and we obey you and seek your face. We fast as we are led. We speak your word. Just as a good grandfather will do anything for his grandchild that is good for him. You will do that which is good for us- So we ask. Grant us holiness and Godliness in our nation. Grant that we honor life and we honor marriage. Grant that we humble ourselves before you. Thank you for the covenant that you have made with our nation and with us. We love you God. Thank you for hearing our hearts cry. Amen
